Eligibility Criteria
Nationality & Domicile
- Must be an Indian Citizen (as per Articles 5–8 of the Constitution).
- Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
- Must upload PRC for educational/employment purpose OR Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
