Eligibility Criteria

Criteria	Details
Citizenship	Must be an Indian citizen as per Articles 5–8 of the Constitution and a permanent resident of Assam.
Educational Qualification	B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Production from a recognized university.
Experience	Minimum 10 years of experience in a Senior Managerial/Supervisory position in Government/Semi-Government/Private/Semi-Private organizations, preferably in Production Management or Production Engineering.
Character Certificate	Required from two respectable, unrelated individuals acquainted with the candidate.

Selection Process
