About the Post
Bank of India, a leading Public Sector Bank with its Head Office in Mumbai, has released an official notification for the Recruitment of Probationary Officers (POs) in Junior Management Grade Scale-I (JMGS-I). Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete the Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) before being inducted as officers in the bank.

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
Candidates must be:
- A Citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee settled in India before 01 January 1962, or
- A Person of Indian Origin migrated from specified countries with eligibility certificate.
Educational Qualification & Age (as on 01 February 2023)

Selection Process
Selection will be conducted through the following stages:

PGDBF Course Details
- Duration: 1 Year
- Course Fee: ₹3,50,000 + GST
- Stipend:
- Classroom Training: ₹2,500/month
- On-the-Job Training: ₹15,000/month
- Fee Reimbursement: After completion of 5 years of service
- Bond: Minimum 3 years of service required
