Required Skills & Experience
Skills
- Ability to generate business leads for NSIC
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-relation skills
- Ability to work independently
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years in MSME relationship management
- Mandatory: Experience in Bank / FI / Fin-Tech sector
- Knowledge of banking products / loan products
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies
- Identify ideal MSME clients and understand their needs
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches
- Negotiate partnerships and strategic alliances
- Track performance, KPIs, pipeline metrics, and provide reports
Age Limit
Preferably below 40 years as on the date of advertisement.
Tenure
- 3 years contractual appointment
- Extendable up to 2 more years based on performance and mutual agreement
Terms & Conditions
- Engagement is purely contractual
- Office timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Full-time position; no other employment allowed
- Corporation may terminate contract with 30 days’ notice
- Selected candidate must maintain full confidentiality
- Position carries All India Transfer Liability
- No benefits applicable to permanent NSIC employees
- Must join within 15 days of offer unless extended by authority
