Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.
• Domicile: Must be a permanent resident of Assam.
  • Documents required for proof of residency:
    • Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) for educational purposes issued in Assam, or
    • Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate from Assam.

Declaration on Small Family Norms

• As per Government Notification No. ABP.69/2019/17, dated 06.11.2019:
  • Candidates must upload a declaration in Form-A regarding compliance with Small Family Norms at the time of application.
  • Upload: Duly filled and signed Form-A as part of the application.

2. One-Time Registration (OTR): New applicants must click ‘Register Here’ to create a profile.
3. Use Valid Email ID: All communication will be sent via email and the APSC portal.
4. Login and Fill OTR Details:
   • Personal info
   • Qualification and experience
   • Photo (50 KB–200 KB, recent)
   • Signature (50 KB–200 KB)
   • Supporting documents (in PDF, <2MB, 200 dpi grayscale scan)
5. Fill Online Form:
   • Ensure accurate entry of details.
   • Enter document information (number, issue date, issuing authority).
   • Use ‘Preview’ to review your entries before final submission.
6. Submit and Pay Fee:
   • Fee payment is mandatory for application acceptance.
   • In case of failed transactions, click ‘Validate Payment’.
   • For double debits, the bank will auto-refund within 5–7 working days.
7. After Submission:
   • Take a printout of your submitted application.
