About the Posts

The selected candidates will be appointed in executive positions and will be required to serve in NEGDCL’s City Gas Distribution (CGD) operational areas in Assam and Tripura. Appointments will be governed by the applicable service rules of the Company.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Officer – Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO

Educational Qualification

• BA / BSc / BCom
• 3-year full-time Diploma in Modern Office Management

Experience

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in secretarial work and day-to-day office management
• Stenography speed:
  • Shorthand: 80 wpm
  • Computer typing: 40 wpm

Desirable

• Proficiency in English and Assamese

2. Officer – Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Educational Qualification

• BE / BTech in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety / Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
• At least 1 year experience in HSE department of an Oil & Gas company

3. Officer – Finance & Accounts (F&A)

Educational Qualification

• CA / CMA
  OR
• MBA with specialization in Finance

Experience

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
