Eligibility Criteria

For HR & Admin Lead

  • Education: Post Graduate or higher degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the development sector.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Knowledge of women’s issues in Northeast India preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal, HR, and administrative skills.
  • Travel Requirement: Willing to undertake quarterly visits to offices in Meghalaya and Nagaland.
  • Language: English proficiency essential; knowledge of regional languages an added advantage.

For Fundraising Consultant

  • Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in Social Sciences / Development Studies / Communication or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in fundraising for non-profit or development organisations.
  • Skills:
    • Strong writing and proposal development skills.
    • Good knowledge of donor mapping (national/international/CSR/bilateral).
    • Ability to prepare frameworks and templates for proposals.
    • Fluency in English and good presentation skills.
  • Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel occasionally to Meghalaya and Nagaland.
