This recruitment is for a Group ‘A’ post of Joint Registrar-cum-Senior Judgment Writer in the High Court of Sikkim. It is a regular establishment post, not a contract post.

Yes. You must have at least 90 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in typing. Without these skills, your application will not be considered.

Yes. You must have a valid computer certificate from any recognised Computer Centre. Applications without a computer certificate may be rejected during scrutiny.

Yes. You must have more than 5 years of experience as a Stenographer or Private Secretary. Experience will be verified through documents submitted along with the application.

You can submit your form in person to the Office of the Registrar General or send it through Registered Post/Speed Post. Online submission is not permitted.

Yes, admit cards will be issued, and the dates will be announced through newspapers and the official website. No duplicate admit card will be provided unless the loss was due to reasons beyond your control.

The list of accepted candidates will be uploaded on the High Court of Sikkim’s official website and also published in national/local newspapers. No individual confirmation will be sent.

Only in-service employees of the High Court will receive age relaxation up to 5 years. Other candidates must meet the age requirement strictly.

No. Only self-attested or duly attested copies of documentary proof must be attached. Original documents will be required only when asked by the authority.

No. The High Court does not provide any travel or daily allowance. Candidates must appear for all stages of the selection process at their own cost.
