How to Apply?

  1. Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria must submit their applications in the Standard Form (Part IX of Assam Gazette) and fill all fields in Block Letters using black or blue ball pen only.
  2. Paste one recent passport-size colour photograph in the specified box and sign in the designated place.
  3. Write your mobile number on the top of the application form in red ink, along with your category (UR/OBC/SC/ST(P)/ST(H)).
  4. Enclose one self-addressed envelope (5 cm × 11 cm) affixing a postal stamp of Rs. 5/-.
  5. All documents furnished must be self-attested by the applicant.
  6. The filled-up application must be dropped in the “Drop Box for Peon” placed in the office premises of the District & Sessions Judge, Charaideo.
  7. Applications sent by post or courier must also reach the Drop Box by the last date; the applicant shall be responsible for postal delays.
  8. Applications received after 24 October 2025 (during office hours) will be rejected.
