How to Apply?

  1. Candidates must submit their applications in Standard Form (Part-IX of Assam Gazette).
  2. The application must be addressed to the District & Sessions Judge, Charaideo, Sonari, Assam, Pin-785690.
  3. The envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post of Driver”.
  4. The filled-up application along with self-attested copies of the following documents must be dropped in the “Drop Box for the post of Driver” placed in the office premises:
    • Age proof certificate
    • Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets
    • Valid Driving Licence
    • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
    • Employment Exchange Registration Certificate
    • Two recent passport-sized photographs
  5. Applications sent by post or courier will be received only through the Drop Box, and the candidate shall be responsible for any postal delay.
  6. Applications received after 24 October 2025 will be summarily rejected.

Selection Procedure

The selection process will consist of the following stages:

  6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
  7. The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel or modify the advertisement without prior notice.
