About the Post
West Assam Milk Producers’ Co-operative Union Ltd. (WAMUL), Purabi Dairy, Guwahati, on behalf of North East Dairy & Foods Limited (NEDFL), invites online applications for multiple contractual positions for an initial period of 2 years. Selected candidates will be placed on rolls of NEDFL and posted across operational areas in Assam.

Eligibility Criteria

| Sr. Manager / Manager (Organic & Agri Business) | B.Sc / M.Sc (Agriculture) or MBA (Agri-Business) | Minimum 10 years (Sr. Manager) / 7 years (Manager) in commodity sourcing / agribusiness / organic value chain or similar activities. Experience in Organic Production preferred. |
| Manager / Deputy Manager – Marketing & Sales (Ambient Segment) | Post-graduate degree / diploma in Marketing | 7 years (Manager) / 5 years (Deputy Manager) in marketing & sales in Dairy / FMCG / FMCD / Retail with North East region exposure. Graduates with higher relevant experience may apply. |
| Manager / Deputy Manager – Marketing & Sales (Frozen Segment) | Post-graduate degree / diploma in Marketing | 7 years (Manager) / 5 years (Deputy Manager) in sales & distribution; minimum 2 years in Frozen / Ice cream business at Executive Level or higher. Graduates with higher relevant experience may apply. |
| Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Marketing & Sales (Fresh Segment) | Post-graduate degree / diploma in Marketing | 5 years (Deputy Manager) / 3 years (Assistant Manager) in marketing & sales with minimum 1-year team handling experience. Graduates with higher relevant experience may apply. |
| Assistant – Sales & Distribution (Fresh / Ambient / Frozen Segment) | Graduate in any discipline | Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Distribution in Dairy / FMCG / FMCD / Retail sector. |
| Assistant – Marketing & Branding | Graduate in any discipline | Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing / Branding preferably in Dairy / FMCG / FMCD / Food products / Marcom. Freshers with knowledge in retail branding, promotions, consumer activations, social media, digital marketing may apply. |
