Eligibility Criteria

Criteria	Requirement
Educational Qualification	An individual who fulfills any one of the following conditions: i) Has served as, or meets the eligibility criteria for serving as, a Professor or Associate Professor as prescribed by the UGC, with substantial teaching and research experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). ii) Is an IP attorney with at least 10 years of professional practice in IPR law. iii) Is a retired official from the IP Office under CGPDTM, holding a doctorate degree and having at least 5 years of experience at Level 12 or above (e.g., Controller of Patents & Designs, Registrar of Trademarks & Geographical Indications, or Registrar of Copyrights).
Experience	Minimum 10 years of relevant professional or academic experience in the field of IPR.
Age Limit	Not above 70 years as on the closing date of application.
Tenure	Up to 5 years, renewable annually based on performance and institutional needs.
