Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the Project Associate-I position at NIT Silchar, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
  • B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), or related areas.
  • Candidates with a valid GATE qualification will receive the full fellowship as per ANRF guidelines.
  • Non-GATE candidates are also encouraged to apply; however, fellowship may vary accordingly.
• Desirable Experience:
  • Knowledge in Semiconductor Devices, Nano/Microelectronics, Thin Film Deposition, Device Fabrication, Electrical Characterization, and TCAD Simulation.
• Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD/EWS candidates will receive relaxation as per Government of India norms.
