Eligibility Criteria

Additional Chief Manager (IT)	Full-time Engineering Degree in Computer Science / IT or MCA with minimum 60% marks	Experience in IT management, system and network administration, IT infrastructure setup, SAP system, vendor management, and compliance with Government IT policies. Candidates from PSU/JVs in Fertilizer Industry preferred.
Deputy Manager (Contracts & Materials)	Full-time Engineering Degree (any specialization) / MBA (Materials Management) / PG Diploma (Materials Management) with minimum 60% marks	Experience in SAP, tendering, procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and material handling in Fertilizer/Chemical/PSU sectors. Candidates from Fertilizer Industry PSUs/JVs preferred.
Assistant Manager (Civil)	Full-time Engineering Degree in Civil with minimum 60% marks	Experience in construction of industrial complexes (chemical/power/fertilizer), project management, QA/QC codes, safety standards, and handling heavy equipment. Candidates from Fertilizer Industry PSUs/JVs preferred.
