Eligibility Criteria of AISF Recruitment 2025
1. Managing Director (MD)
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related disciplines from a reputed institution.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in corporate operations, program delivery, or enterprise growth management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role heading a division/profit center/organization.
2. Senior Manager – Program Delivery
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed institution.
- Experience:
- 8–12 years in incubation, acceleration, or startup program management.
- Experience in ecosystem engagement and program design.
- Familiarity with Startup India and international startup support models.
3. Senior Manager – Student and MSME Incubation
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, Social Management, or Entrepreneurship.
- Experience:
- 8–12 years in academic entrepreneurship, CSR, or innovation programs.
- Experience with universities, student innovation platforms, and youth entrepreneurship programs.
4. Senior Manager – Investments
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business Management; MBA (Finance)/CA/CFA preferred.
- Experience:
- 7–10 years in consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or fund management.
- Skilled in investment structuring, portfolio management, and financial modeling.
5. Senior Manager – Partnerships (Ecosystem Outreach)
- Qualification: Postgraduate in Public Policy, Business, Communications, Strategic Management, or CSR.
- Experience:
- 8–12 years in partnership development, fundraising, or CSR.
- Skilled in networking, stakeholder management, and external communication.
6. Senior Executive – Accounts & MIS
- Qualification: CA/ICWA/M.Com/B.Com/MBA (Finance).
- Experience:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, MS Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Selection will be based on shortlisting and interview.
