Minimum Essential Qualification1. Three-year Graduate degree in Psychology/Rural Development/Public Health/Social Work with 2 years’ experience in community/family intervention fields. OR 2. Three-year GNM training from a recognized institution with at least 2 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Desirable QualificationB.Sc Nursing with minimum 6 months’ experience in community or family health interventions. – Experience in tobacco cessation or substance use disorder projects. – At least 6 months of research experience in health sector projects. – Experience contributing to research publications in indexed journals. – Skilled in report preparation, documentation, and data management. – Proficiency in English and Assamese (reading, writing, speaking). – Familiar with MS Office applications and digital tools.
ExperienceMinimum 2 years of relevant experience required (preferably in government or reputed institutions).
