About Recruitment 2026

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a statutory body established by the Parliament under the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, has invited applications for the post of Executive (Career Awareness Programme) on a contractual basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the educational qualification, experience and age requirements prescribed by ICSI.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• MBA / PGDBM or equivalent degree/diploma
• The qualification must have been completed with at least 50% marks.
• The degree/diploma must be of at least 2 years’ duration.
• The qualification should have specialization in Marketing.

All educational qualifications must have been obtained from recognized universities/institutions in India or abroad.

Courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to the relevant courses approved/recognized by AIU/UGC/AICTE.

Experience

Candidates must have 5 years of experience.

Important: Training experience forming part of the curriculum of any degree will not be counted towards the required experience.

Job Profile

The Executive (Career Awareness Programme) will be responsible for various career awareness, outreach, counselling and institutional engagement activities, including:

• Conducting Career Guidance sessions in schools, colleges, universities and institutes.
• Conducting sessions in institutions that have executed MoUs with ICSI.
• Carrying out post-CAP (Career Awareness Programme) follow-ups with students, schools, colleges, universities and institutes.
• Organizing Career Awareness Campaigns and Webinars.
• Collaborating with educational institutions and other organizers for participation in career fairs.
• Distributing promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets and posters.
• Promoting Olympiads conducted by the Institute.
• Engaging with digital and social media platforms to spread awareness.
• Networking with principals, teachers and career counselors.
• Providing career counselling to prospective students, parents and teachers.
• Addressing queries related to the CS course, admission process and career prospects.
• Maintaining regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Preparing and submitting regular reports on outreach activities.
• Collecting feedback from participants to improve future programmes.
• Maintaining a database of visited institutions and interested students.
• Coordinating with the Head Office, Regional Council and Chapters.
• Supporting other Career Guidance and outreach initiatives and events of the Institute.
