  1. OTR (One Time Registration): Create a profile at upsconline.nic.in if not already done.
  2. Fill Application: Complete the Common Application Form (CAF) and the Examination Specific Module.

  4. Fee Payment: ₹200 (Female/SC/ST/PwBD are Exempted).
