Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) – Pipelines Division is engaging 394 Apprentices under The Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended) as part of its Skill Building initiative. Engagement is purely apprenticeship training for a fixed duration and does not guarantee employment after completion.

- Technician Apprentice (Mechanical / Electrical / Telecommunication & Instrumentation)
- Trade Apprentice (Assistant-Human Resource / Accountant)
- Data Entry Operator (Fresher Apprentices)

Qualification Cut-off: Candidate must have already passed the prescribed qualification on 31.01.2026. Result awaited candidates are not eligible.
Minimum Marks: 50% for Graduate/Diploma holders (45% for SC/ST/PwBD for reserved posts).
Not Eligible: Part-time/correspondence/distance mode qualifications; higher qualifications like BE/B.Tech/MBA/CA/LLB/MCA or pursuing higher qualification (if completed before joining).

Selection Process
No Written Test / No Interview.
Selection will be based on a Panel-cum-Merit List prepared using percentage marks (descending order) in the essential qualification for the trade applied.
Tie-breakers:
- Older candidate (earlier DOB)
- If same DOB → higher % in Matriculation
Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit as per IOCL pre-engagement medical standards (guidelines available on portal download section).
Important eligibility exclusions:
- Job experience of 1 year or more after attaining qualification → not eligible
- If 5 years have passed after acquiring prescribed qualification as on 31.01.2026 → not eligible
- Can apply for one Trade Code only (multiple trade applications rejected)

Registration has two parts:
- Part I: Basic details + password creation (registration number sent via email/SMS)
- Part II: Upload photo/signature + fill education/experience details → final submit (no edits after final submission)
Important: Use the same email & mobile as used in NATS/NAPS and enter your NATS/NAPS enrolment number in IOCL Pipelines portal.
