| Assistant Professor (Position 2) | • Ph.D. in Statistics / Operations Research / Economics / Demography or related fields.• Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in relevant disciplines. | • Field-based research experience and interest in sustainability.• Proficiency in R, Python, Matlab, Tableau, BI tools.• Expertise in modeling, advanced analytics, and machine learning.• Publications in indexed journals.• Ability to teach across postgraduate and undergraduate analytics programmes.• Application of statistical tools to Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). |
Additional Eligibility (As per UGC Norms):
- Candidates must have cleared NET/SLET/SET, or possess a Ph.D. degree as per UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) Regulations 2009/2016.
- Ph.D. degree holders from top 500 world-ranked universities (QS/THE/ARWU) are also eligible.
- Candidates registered for Ph.D. prior to July 11, 2009, must meet specific exemption conditions as per UGC norms.
