Job Profile

The Vice President (Investor Relations) will be responsible for:

  • Managing investor interactions and analyst engagements
  • Coordinating meetings with institutional investors, fund houses, and brokerages
  • Handling annual rating surveillance with domestic and international rating agencies
  • Preparing quarterly and annual investor presentations
  • Analyzing analyst reports, peer bank performance, and market commentary
  • Monitoring shareholding patterns and significant investor movements
  • Supporting capital fund-raising initiatives
  • Acting as the single point of contact for the investment community

  • Organizing investor meets, analyst calls, and conferences
  • Developing and maintaining SBI’s Investor Relations strategy
