Eligibility Criteria

Selection Process

• The selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview of 100 marks.
• Qualifying Marks: Minimum 50 marks for all categories.
• Candidates will be assessed on:
  • Professional knowledge & skills (discipline-specific and allied)
  • Personal attributes and soft skills
• Final selection will be made purely on merit basis.

Period of Contractual Engagement

• Initial engagement: 6 months
• May be extended for another 6 months, based on performance and requirement.
• Maximum total duration: 12 months only

Documents Required at the Time of Registration

Candidates must bring originals and self-attested copies of the following:

1. Filled-in Personal Bio-Data Form (as per format in advertisement)
2. One recent 3×3 cm coloured passport photograph
3. Valid photo ID proof and address proof
4. Class 10 certificate for proof of Date of Birth
5. All semester/year mark sheets and certificates of educational qualifications
6. Experience certificates as applicable
7. Valid Caste/Non-Creamy Layer/Disability/Income & Asset Certificate (if applicable)
8. NOC from employer (if employed)

General Conditions

• The contract may be terminated by either side with 15 days’ notice.
• Selected candidates must join immediately.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
• The engagement is purely temporary and does not confer any right to permanent employment.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
• Candidates must be of sound health and produce a medical fitness certificate at joining.
• Any false information or forged document will result in cancellation and possible legal action.
• All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Dibrugarh District Court.
