Eligibility Criteria
Young Professional (Graphic Design)
- Essential Qualification
- Graduation in Journalism & Mass Communication / Media Science
- OR Bachelor in Fine Arts / Visual Arts / Commercial Arts
- Desirable
- Diploma/Certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia or Animation
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Figma
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years in graphic designing for print and social media
Young Professional (Videography cum Video Editing)
- Essential Qualification
- Graduation in Journalism & Mass Communication / Media Science
- OR Graduation with Certificate/Diploma in Video Editing
- Desirable
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Vegas, Da Vinci Resolve, After Effects
- Experience in documentary, promotional, reels and social media video formats
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years in video editing for TV and digital media
Young Professional (Social Media Strategist)
- Essential Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism & Mass Communication / Marketing / Digital Media / Public Relations
- OR Diploma in Digital Marketing
- Desirable
- Knowledge of content creation, copywriting and basic graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop)
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years handling official or professional social media accounts
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 40 years as on the last date of receipt of application
Contract & Service Conditions
- Engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right to regular appointment
- Initial contract period: 12 months, extendable by one additional year
- Casual Leave: 8 days per annum
- No additional allowances other than fixed remuneration
- Attendance is mandatory, including weekends/holidays if required
- Contract may be terminated at any time for unsatisfactory performance or administrative reasons
