Eligibility Criteria

Criteria	Details
Essential Qualification	MBBS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/NMC or a recognized University related to Biomedical Science.
Essential Experience	Minimum 4 years of experience in Research & Development related to Biomedical Sciences in Government, Public Sector, or Private Institutions.
Desirable Qualification	MD/MS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/NMC or MPH/Ph.D. from a recognized university.
Equivalent Experience Notes	– Ph.D. will be considered equivalent to 4 years’ experience. – MD/MS will be considered equivalent to 3 years’ experience. – MPH/M.Tech/ME will not be considered as experience.
Age Limit	Not exceeding 40 years (as on the last date of application). Relaxation available for reserved categories and exceptionally meritorious candidates as per rules.

Selection Process

1. Selection will be based on:
   • Computer-Based Written Test (CBT) with Multiple Choice Questions, and/or
   • Interview.
2. In case of a written test, it will assess understanding of research methodology.
3. The minimum qualifying mark will be 75 percentile.
4. Final selection will depend on merit and performance in the interview.
