About the Post

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released the official notification for IBPS PO/MT Recruitment 2026 (CRP PO/MT-XVI) to recruit Probationary Officers (PO)/Management Trainees (MT) in participating Public Sector Banks across India. A total of 6,715 vacancies have been announced under this recruitment drive. IBPS PO Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Equivalent qualification recognized by the Government of India is also acceptable.
• Candidates should possess a valid Degree Certificate or Marksheet on or before the closing date of application.

Selected candidates will receive the revised bank pay scale:
