About Admission 2026
The Directorate of Open & Distance Learning (ODL), Assam Agricultural University (AAU) has released the admission notification for various Short-Term Training and Certificate Courses scheduled to commence from October 2026.

Course Structure
The salient features of the programmes include:
- Classes for each course will be conducted online through platforms such as Google Meet and similar platforms.
- Each course will be conducted under the supervision of a Course Director.
- Registered learners will have to undergo in-campus practical training.
- Short-Term Training Courses will include at least 3–7 days of practical training.
- Certificate Courses will include 10 days of practical training.
- Self Learning Material (SLM) will be provided to learners.
- A certificate will be provided to learners at the end of the course.
