Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (as on 01 May 2025)

VP Wealth (SRM)

• Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized university
• Preferred: MBA (Finance/Marketing/Banking), NISM / CFP / CFA certifications

AVP Wealth (RM)

• Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized university
• Preferred: Post-graduation in Finance/Marketing/Banking, NISM / CFP / CFA

Customer Relationship Executive

• Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized university
• Mandatory Skill: Valid two-wheeler driving licence

Post-Qualification Experience

Post	Experience Required
VP Wealth	Minimum 6 years in sales/relationship management in Banks/AMCs/Wealth firms
AVP Wealth	Minimum 3 years in similar role (4 years for SBI CREs)
CRE	Experience preferred in financial documentation/support roles

Experience less than 6 months in any organization will not be counted.

• Maximum age applicable to Unreserved category
• Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates as per Government of India norms

Remuneration & Contract Period

Annual CTC (Upper Range)

• Contract Period: 5 years (renewable up to 4 additional years)
• Notice Period: 2 months from either side or salary in lieu thereof
• Leave Entitlement: 30 days per financial year

Selection Process

• Shortlisting by SBI
• Personal / Telephonic / Video Interview
• Interview carries 100 marks
• Merit list prepared only on interview marks
• Tie-breaking: Higher age placed higher in merit
