Educational Qualification & Experience

Essential Qualifications

Requirement	Details
Basic Degree	Degree from a recognised university
Professional Qualification	MBA with specialization in Personnel Management
Total Experience	Minimum 15 years in Personnel Management, Recruitment, Promotion, Placement, Training & Development, Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations, and Policy Planning
Senior-Level Experience	Minimum 2 years in the pay scale of ₹32,900–58,000 (₹80,000–2,20,000 Revised IDA) or equivalent in PSU / Central Government organisation

Desirable Qualifications

Requirement	Details
Additional Degree	Postgraduate Degree, preferably in Social Sciences
Supervisory Experience	Minimum 5 years in Central Government offices handling policy, planning, recruitment, and disciplinary matters
Other Skills	Good exposure to Government rules and regulations
