Eligibility Criteria

1. Resident Superintendent

Criteria	Requirement
Gender	Only women eligible
Educational Qualification	Master’s in Law / Social Work / Sociology / Social Science / Psychology
Experience	Minimum 5 years in women-related domains in a Government/NGO administrative setup
Counselling	Preferably 1 year of counselling experience
Locality	Preferably a resident of the local community

2. Office Assistant

Criteria	Requirement
Educational Qualification	Graduate in any discipline
Experience	Minimum 3 years handling office documentation at Government/NGO level
Computer Skills	Proficient in computer applications and documentation
