RequirementDetails
Educational QualificationGraduate/Post-Graduate in Economics, Social Work, or related fields. MBA preferred.
ExperiencePG with 5 years OR Graduate with 7 years in Project Management. Experience in Entrepreneurship Development, SVEP, DPR/DSR preparation preferred.
Skills RequiredCommunication skills, interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, reporting skills, ability to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities (Brief):
Project management, report preparation, organizing training, monitoring SVEP implementation in Uttarakhand, documentation, travel as required.


2. Mentor

RequirementDetails
Educational QualificationGraduation/Post-Graduation in any subject with Mathematics till Class XII. Preference: Management/Commerce/Engineering background.
ExperiencePG with 3 years OR Graduate with 5 years in enterprise operations/non-farm livelihood interventions.
Key CompetenciesKnowledge of non-farm livelihoods, numerical & financial skills, teamwork, data-driven work, village-level field visits (15–20 days/month).
Desirable SkillsExperience in livelihood programmes, enterprise promotion, training, data analysis, Excel skills, proficiency in English/Hindi/local language.

Roles & Responsibilities (Brief):
Guiding CRP-EPs, supporting SVEP rollout, conducting training, MIS updates, DPR preparation, documentation, extensive field visits.
