About the Post

The Directorate of Treasuries & Accounts (DTA), Government of Manipur, has officially released a recruitment notification [No. 1/74/2025-DTA (01/377):46 dated 02/05/2025] for the contractual engagement of 04 Public Finance Management System (PFMS) Experts. This recruitment has been approved by the State Cabinet during its meeting held on 24th July 2024.

The PFMS Experts will be appointed to strengthen financial monitoring and enhance transparency in the implementation of public finance initiatives across the state. The engagement will be on a contractual basis, and the selection of candidates will be carried out through a walk-in interview.

Eligible and interested candidates who meet the required qualifications and experience are encouraged to attend the walk-in interview. Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• MCA / BE / B.Tech. in Computer Science / Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
• A good academic record is required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the following areas:
  • PFMS Scheme Creation
  • DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) setup
  • Budget Head Mapping
  • Training and support in systems like:
    • EAT (Expenditure Advance Transfer)
    • BharatKosh
    • TSA (Treasury Single Account)
    • SNA/CSNA (Single Nodal Agency/Centralized SNA)
    • SPARSH (System for Pension Administration)
