Eligibility Criteria

Kok-Borok	Master’s in Kok-Borok with 50% + M.Ed or M.A. (Education) with 50%; Fluency desirable
Mathematics	Master’s in Mathematics with 50% + M.Ed or M.A. (Education) with 50%
Education	Master’s in Education with 50% + M.Ed or M.A. (Education) with 50%
Psychology, Sociology	Master’s with 50% + B.Ed/D.El.Ed/B.El.Ed or M.Phil/Ph.D in Education

Selection Process

1. Written Exam: 100 marks.
2. Interview/Viva Voce: 15 marks – assessing leadership, intellect, integrity, etc.
3. Interview Call-up:
   • 1 post: Top 5 candidates
   • 2 posts: Top 8 candidates
   • 3+ posts: 3x number of posts (tie cases also considered)
4. Final Merit: Based on 85% written + 15% interview.
5. Bonus Mark: 1 mark for knowledge of Bengali/Kok-Borok.
6. Tie Resolution: Based on age, then educational marks.
7. No Ranking Beyond Selection List.

3. Use the OTPR-generated User ID to log in.
