Eligibility Criteria

TGT (Various Subjects)	21 – 50 Years	• Masters or Bachelors Degree (min 50% marks) in relevant subject. • B.Ed Degree from a recognized university. • Subjects: Sanskrit, Hindi, English, Social Studies (History/Geog), Maths (with Phy/Chem/Comp/Stats), Science (Phy/Chem/Maths/Bot/Zoo). • CTET/STET preferred.
NTT	21 – 50 Years	• Senior Secondary (12th) pass. • Diploma in Nursery/Montessori/Pre-Primary Teachers Training OR Diploma in Elementary Education. • Ability to communicate in English.
Computer Instructor	21 – 50 Years	• 1 Year Diploma in Computer Course / PGDCA / MCA / B.E. from a recognized institution. • Fluent in English.
Helper	21 – 40 Years	• No specific educational qualification (Selection based on suitability for trade duties). • Must be medically fit.

• Age Relaxation:
  • Women & Physically Challenged: Relaxation up to 5 Years.
  • Ex-Servicemen: Allowed to deduct service period from actual age (as per rules).
  • Experienced Candidates: Relaxation for those with prior experience in Air Force Schools.

Selection Process

For Academic Staff (TGT / NTT)

1. Written Test (70 Marks):
   • Exemption: Not required for candidates who have taught in other AF Schools for a minimum of 2 years in the same category.
   • Format: Objective (30) + Subjective (20) + Descriptive Essay (20). Duration: 2 Hours.
   • Qualifying Marks: 60%.
2. Teaching Aptitude Test (130 Marks):
   • Qualifying Marks: Minimum 80 out of 130 to be eligible for the interview.
3. Interview (100 Marks):
   • Final stage focusing on communication, co-curricular skills, and subject knowledge.

For Helper

1. Practical Skill Test (50 Marks): Administered on the specific trade.
2. Interview.
