About the Post
Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL), a Government of Tripura Enterprise, has announced a major recruitment drive for the posts of Manager (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) Grade–A and Grade–B.
These positions are ideal for engineering graduates and diploma holders looking to build a professional career in the power sector of Tripura.

The recruitment will be conducted through Computer-Based Written Examination (85 marks) followed by an Interview (15 marks). The appointment will initially be on a training-cum-contract basis, leading to regular engagement as per performance.

Can I apply for both Grade–A and Grade–B posts?
Yes, you can apply for both, but you must submit separate applications and fees for each grade.
Is this a permanent government job?
The posts are under TSECL (a State Government enterprise). Initially, candidates are appointed as Management Trainees, followed by regular appointment upon successful completion of training and probation.
Is online application available?
No. Applications must be submitted offline by post only.
What is the selection process?

What is the minimum qualification for Grade–A?

No, TA/DA will not be provided for appearing in the examination or interview.
