About the Scholarship
University Grants Commission (UGC) has released the notification for Ishan Uday Scholarship Scheme 2025, aimed at students from the North Eastern Region (NER) pursuing undergraduate (UG) degree, technical, medical and paramedical courses. How to Apply for Ishan Uday Scholarship?
- Click on One-Time Registration and generate a unique OTR ID using Aadhaar/EID.
- After registration, log in to your account.
- Fill out the online application form with required details and upload necessary documents.
- Click Submit and print a copy for your records.
Selection Process of Ishan Uday Scholarship
- Total Slots: 10,000 fresh scholarships per year.
- Distribution: Based on state-wise population census.
- Reallocation: Vacant slots (if any) are redistributed among other NER states.
- Reservation: As per GoI norms for Persons with Disability (PwD).
