Candidates must possess the ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team with strong interpersonal and business acumen. Specialized knowledge in at least one of the following areas is required: (i) Accounts, Finance, Taxation (including GST), finalization of accounts. (ii) Loans & Advances including Agriculture, Rural & Co-operative Credit. (iii) Recovery & Collection, including legal aspects and laws. (iv) Administration & HR. (v) Compliance, Risk Management, and Inspection. |
