Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordination & Communication: Managing communication with UBA Participating Institutes (PIs), stakeholders, clusters, and villages via emails, phone calls, WhatsApp, and letters.
• Report Aggregation: Compiling reports from various PIs and preparing presentations and official reports for relevant authorities.
• Project Proposal Preparation: Creating Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for funding agencies, and handling project implementation, reporting, and utilization certificate submission.
• Workshop & Seminar Organization: Providing administrative support for workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
• Record Keeping & Logistics: Maintaining records, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring smooth execution of UBA projects.
• Liaison with IIT Guwahati Officials: Acting as the link between UBA Cell and IIT Guwahati administration.
• Strategy Planning & Execution: Reporting daily activities to the concerned authority and strategizing project execution for optimal outcomes.
• Travel Requirement: The candidate must be willing to travel within Assam and beyond on short notice.
