AHIDMS invites eligible and experienced professionals for a walk-in interview for the post of Senior Project Manager (SPM) under the ADB-funded ASTHA (Assam State Tertiary Health Care Augmentation) Project.
The engagement will be purely contractual, and the selected candidate will act as Team Leader of the PMU.

Can I apply if I don’t have prior experience in ADB-funded projects?
Yes. Experience in externally aided projects is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates with strong project management experience in large-scale civil construction or health infrastructure projects are eligible.
Is this a permanent job or purely contractual?
This is purely a contractual post under the ASTHA project. The initial contract is for 11 months, extendable based on performance and project duration.
What is the salary for the Senior Project Manager post?
The consolidated pay is ₹2,00,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Additionally, 10% of remuneration is performance-linked incentive (PLI), paid quarterly.
Do I need to know Assamese or any local language?
Strong proficiency in English (oral and written) is required. Knowledge of Assamese or any local language is an advantage but not mandatory.
Will I be required to travel for this position?
Yes. The SPM may need to travel frequently across districts in Assam to provide technical assistance, monitor projects, and coordinate with stakeholders.

The SPM will report to the Project Director. Performance will be reviewed periodically, and 10% of the remuneration is linked to performance.
