The candidate must be selected through one of the following: (a) National Eligibility Tests such as CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship/Assistant Professorship) or GATE, OR (b) Through national level examinations conducted by central agencies like DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NISER, etc.Experience in food product development and analytical works related to foods.
