Deputy Manager	4	– MBA/PGDM from an AICTE-recognized institute.	– Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience. – 4 years in government organizations (Level-8 of 7th CPC) / PSUs / large business organizations dealing with procurement, sales, import/export of agricultural commodities.
Deputy Manager (Accounts)	4	– CA/CMA/B.Com with MBA (Finance).	– 8 years (for CA/CMA) OR 10 years (for B.Com + MBA) in Govt./PSUs/reputed organizations with Rs. 500 crore turnover.
Assistant Manager (Legal)	1	– Graduate Degree + 3-year LLB OR Integrated 5-year BA LLB with 50% marks. – Degree must be recognized by the Bar Council of India.	– 5 years as a Law Executive in Govt./PSUs/reputed organizations OR – 5 years as an Advocate in reputed law firms (Bar Council registration required).
Assistant Manager (IT)	1	– BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering.	– 6+ years in IT management.
