  • Register using a valid email ID and mobile number (must remain active until 15 Jan 2027).
  • Carefully select branch preferences (Option-I and Option-II) if eligible for multiple branches.

Merit List & Selection Validity

  • Final merit list will be based on Stage-I (CGCAT) and Stage-III (FSB) marks.
  • Candidates not in the merit list must re-apply for future cycles.
  • Joining letters will be issued in December 2026 and training begins January 2027.

  • Trainees found unfit academically/medically or due to document fraud will be discharged.

Can I apply for both General Duty and Technical Branch?

Yes, if you meet the eligibility for both, you can apply under Multi-Option Scheme indicating Option-I and Option-II.

Is there any fee exemption?

Yes, SC/ST candidates are exempted from paying the ₹300/- exam fee.

What documents are needed during application?

Refer to the phase-wise list above. Key items include photo, signature, ID proof, DOB proof, and educational certificates.

Can I change my examination city after submitting the form?

No, choose carefully. The first city must be within 30 km of your residence.

What if my caste certificate is in a non-GoI format?

Only valid GoI formats are accepted. Incorrect format leads to rejection.

Are tattoos allowed?

Only on the inner forearm or reverse palm for non-tribal candidates. Others are not permitted.

When will the final merit list be declared?

In December 2026, and training begins in January 2027.

What is the height relaxation criteria?

Only applicable to candidates from certain hilly/tribal regions with valid domicile certificates.

Is character certificate mandatory?

Yes, not older than 6 months and required at Stage-III (FSB).

Is there any refund policy for rejected applications?
