| Finance | Qualified CA/ICWA. |
| Legal | Graduate in Law (3/5 years) from a recognized institute with 60% marks. |
| Marketing & Sales | Recognized Degree with 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Management (Marketing Major) with 60% marks. |
| Materials Management | Engineering Degree (Electrical/Mechanical) with 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks. |
| Personnel & HR | Graduate with 2-year Full-Time PG Degree/PG Diploma/MBA in HR, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, MHROD, or Master of Social Work (HR Major) with 60% marks. |
