Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive New-to-Bank (NTB) customer acquisition across liabilities, assets, and digital verticals.
  • Conduct door-to-door and workplace-based field sales and build client relationships.
  • Meet aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Promote and activate digital banking channels.
  • Cross-sell insurance, debit/credit cards, SIPs, and other banking products.
  • Maintain sales MIS and ensure documentation compliance (KYC, AML).
  • Coordinate with branches and back-office teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively and adapt to additional roles as needed.

Skills Required:
Field sales experience, retail banking knowledge, documentation compliance, CRM and digital fluency, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
