• PG: Regular Post-Graduation (min 55%) in Finance, Agribusiness, Dairy, Fishery, Food Tech, Rural Dev, Civil Engg, etc.		• Total: Minimum 9 Years experience.
• Specific: At least 5 years in a reputed Consultancy organization in Agri/Rural Development.
• Experience in contracting consultancy assignments is required.
AVP (Human Resource)• UG: Regular Graduate (min 60%) in any subject.
• PG: Regular MBA/PGDM in HR (min 55%) from a reputed institution.		• Total: Minimum 9 Years post-qualification experience in HR.
• Specific: At least 5 years in a reputed Consultancy organization in Agri/Rural Development.

Age Limit: Preferably below 45 years (as on date of submission).

Pay Scale

  • Monthly Remuneration: Consolidated remuneration based on NABCONS Policy and Industry Standards (Negotiable based on experience/qualification).
  • Other Benefits: Core Contract Staff are eligible for:
    • Provident Fund
    • Gratuity
    • Leave Encashment
    • Other benefits as per policy.
  • Note: Tax will be deducted at source (TDS).
