Head – Data & Impact Evaluation	30–50 years	Master’s in Development Studies, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Agriculture Economics	Minimum 10 years experience in monitoring & impact evaluation of rural development/technology programs

Compensation and Benefits

Head – Rural Tech and Innovations	Rs. 1.90 lakh per month
Head – Data & Impact Evaluation	Rs. 1.90 lakh per month
Head – Finance, Compliance and Commercialization	Rs. 1.90 lakh per month
E-Commerce Specialist	Rs. 1.25 lakh per month

Other Benefits:

• Travelling & Halting Allowance as per Bank norms
• 30 days leave per year on a proportionate basis
• Office facilities including space and internet connectivity
• Medical facility for self at Bank dispensary (wherever available)

Note: Specialists will be liable for income tax, and no superannuation benefits (PF, Pension, Gratuity) will be provided.
