Eligibility Criteria of ECGC Ltd. Recruitment

Criteria	Details
Age Limit	Minimum: 21 years, Maximum: 30 years. Candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.11.1995 and not later than 01.11.2004 (both dates inclusive).
Age Relaxation	SC/ST: 5 years, OBC-NCL: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
Educational Qualification

a) Probationary Officer (Generalist):
Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates must possess a valid degree certificate and indicate their graduation marks percentage during registration.

b) Probationary Officer (Specialist – Rajbhasha/Hindi):
Any one of the following qualifications with minimum 55% marks for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized university:

1. Master’s degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as core/elective/major subject at Bachelor’s level.
2. Master’s degree in English with Hindi as core/elective/major subject at Bachelor’s level.
3. Master’s degree in any discipline with English and Hindi as core/elective/major subjects at Bachelor’s level.
4. Master’s degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation.

Selection Procedure of ECGC Ltd. Recruitment

The selection process for ECGC Ltd. Probationary Officer Recruitment 2025 shall consist of two stages:

Stage	Description
Stage 1: Online Examination	The online exam will consist of two parts: (i) Objective Test (MCQs) and (ii) Descriptive Test (Essay & Precis Writing). Candidates must qualify both sections.
Stage 2: Interview	Candidates shortlisted based on their online exam performance will be called for an interview to be conducted by ECGC.
