| Educational Qualification |
a) Probationary Officer (Generalist):
Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate in any discipline from a University recognized by the Government of India or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Candidates must possess a valid degree certificate and indicate their graduation marks percentage during registration.
b) Probationary Officer (Specialist – Rajbhasha/Hindi):
Any one of the following qualifications with minimum 55% marks for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized university:
- Master’s degree in Hindi/Hindi Translation with English as core/elective/major subject at Bachelor’s level.
- Master’s degree in English with Hindi as core/elective/major subject at Bachelor’s level.
- Master’s degree in any discipline with English and Hindi as core/elective/major subjects at Bachelor’s level.
- Master’s degree in both English and Hindi/Hindi Translation.

Selection Procedure of ECGC Ltd. Recruitment
The selection process for ECGC Ltd. Probationary Officer Recruitment 2025 shall consist of two stages:

| Stage 1: Online Examination | The online exam will consist of two parts: (i) Objective Test (MCQs) and (ii) Descriptive Test (Essay & Precis Writing). Candidates must qualify both sections. |
| Stage 2: Interview | Candidates shortlisted based on their online exam performance will be called for an interview to be conducted by ECGC. |
