Who is eligible to apply for the C&IC HR positions?

Candidates must meet the minimum educational qualifications, post-qualification work experience, and age limits as mentioned in the notification. Graduation in any discipline plus PG/CA/CMA/CS/CFA is required depending on the post.

Can I apply for more than one position?

No, a candidate can apply for only one post. Multiple applications will lead to rejection of all but the latest valid application.

What is the last date to submit the application and pay the fees?

The last date is 30 October 2025. Online registration opens on 10 October 2025.

How much is the application fee, and is it refundable?

Gen/EWS/OBC candidates pay Rs. 850 + charges; SC/ST/PWD/ESM/Women pay Rs. 175 + charges. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Is there an age relaxation for reserved categories?

Yes. SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PWD – Gen/EWS: 10, OBC: 13, SC/ST: 15. Ex-servicemen and 1984 riot-affected candidates also get relaxation as per the notification.

What is the selection process?

Shortlisting based on eligibility followed by Personal Interview. Candidates must maintain a satisfactory credit history (CIBIL 680+) to be eligible for joining.

Where will I be posted if selected?

Selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India as per the Bank’s discretion.

What is the pay scale and benefits?

Pay scales range from ₹64,820 to ₹1,20,940 depending on the position (MMG/S-II to SMG/S-IV). Additional allowances, benefits, and perquisites are provided as per Bank policy.

Is there a service bond?

Yes, selected candidates must serve the Bank for 3 years or pay ₹5 lakh in lieu of bond breach. Details are shared in the offer letter.

Can I apply if I have an existing loan or poor credit history?

No. Candidates must have a minimum CIBIL score of 680. Those with defaulted loans or negative credit reports will be disqualified.
