Is this a permanent job?

No, this recruitment is purely on a fixed-term basis for 4 years. Selected candidates will be engaged as Fixed Term Engineers and the tenure cannot be converted to permanent employment.

What is the selection process?

The selection will involve a written test followed by an interview. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and perform well in the written test will be called for the interview.

Can freshers apply for these posts?

No. Only candidates with post-qualification industrial experience in the relevant field are eligible. Experience from internships, projects, academic work, or research will not be considered.
