Selection Process
The recruitment process for the 367 JAA posts consists of three stages:
Stage I: Written Examination
- Type: OMR-based Objective Test
- Duration: 2 hours
- Total Marks: 120 marks
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted per wrong answer

1. Computer Typing Test (20 Marks)
- Conducted using typing application software.
- Based on correct words per minute (WPM) and net typing speed.
2. Word Processor & Spreadsheet Proficiency (15 Marks)
Shortlisting for Stage III:
- Candidates in 1:3 ratio (3 times district-wise vacancy) from combined Written + Computer Skill Test marks.
Stage III: Viva-Voce (15 Marks)
Final merit list prepared based on:
- Written Exam: 100 Marks
- Computer Skill Test: 35 Marks
- Viva-Voce: 15 Marks
- Total: 150 Marks
Final selection will be district-wise.
