Pay Scale / Remuneration

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration as follows:

  • Diploma Technician (D-6): Basic Pay ₹23,000 + DA + HRA + Perks (25%) + ₹1,500 Medical Lumpsum.
  • Technician (C-5): Basic Pay ₹22,000 + DA + HRA + Perks (25%) + ₹1,500 Medical Lumpsum.
  • Other Benefits: Monthly/Annual Incentives, Performance Pay, Night Shift Allowance, and Annual Increase of 3% based on performance.

Selection Process

  1. Written Test: 2.5 hours duration in Bangalore.
    • Part I: General Awareness (20 questions)
    • Part II: English & Reasoning (40 questions)
    • Part III: Concerned Trade/Discipline (100 questions)
  2. No Negative Marking: Each question carries 1 mark.
  3. Document Verification: Based on merit scored in the Written Test.
  4. Medical Examination: Mandatory pre-employment medical check at HAL Hospital.
